Sharon was great with my son but she lacks communication. Getting information out of Sharon was always hard, whether how much my son ate etc. If you wanted to know something you had to ask, otherwise she never disclosed what he did or how much he ate. One day Sharon texted me that her family member had CoVID. My husband and I were genuinely concerned for her family and wished them a fast recovery. We texted and called but did not receive any calls back. We thought something major happened but a few days later we noticed she was updating her What's App status. She could not return our calls/texts but she can post pictures and quotes all day. We are on week 3 since our last communication and she never informed us she was not coming back. This is not okay. Communication is important in a childcare job. I would not recommend her for these types of jobs. If anyone has additional questions for hiring her, please reach out to me.
