Welcome Parents. My name is Yaritza and I am super bubbly, friendly and organized. Much of my background in caregiving is voluntary. I've taken care of my small cousins in their infant and toddler years. i cared for them and watched them grow from when they were born until they were four and five years old. (I have five small cousins that I've done that with) I also was catechist, and have worked in multiple summer camps and after-school programs. in this setting, I've worked with children in preschool to the 5th grade. My main philosophy in caregiving is that the child comes first. I am very flexible towards parents' needs because I know every parent is different. My goal is to make any family's life easier and give them peace of mind.

I did a phone interview with Yaritza. She seemed nice, and I still asked her to come meet us in person and scheduled a time. I stressed that our time is very tight and that my husband and I would be coordinating our evening (and children's bedtimes) just to meet with her. Not only did she still not show (after I confirmed), but she did not reply when I reached out to see what happened. This rudeness speaks to the kind of person she is and the kind of disrespect she shows to parents and work .
