My name is Nikke and I recently completed my Master's degree before moving to New York City. My childcare experience started 10+ years ago when I began babysitting for neighbors on my block. I have worked with all age groups, from infants to high schoolers. My specialty is in preschool-aged children, with whom I've worked in one-on-one settings through nannying and babysitting, and in larger groups through private daycare. I am highly educated and speak Spanish proficiently, though I am not a native speaker. I have experience working with children in crisis situations and am trained in Crisis Intervention Services and CPR/First-Aid in addition to being a CPR and First Aid Instructor. Besides my education and experience, my strengths are high levels of organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
