Hello, Merriah here! I am 23 years old from the South Loop of Chicago, IL and recently moved to NYC(Crown Heights,Brooklyn) for an Radio Internship at IHeartmedia in Tribeca. Although my major in school was not childhood education, I do have an immense passion and dedication to children of all ages. I'm very outgoing and love to goof around with kids! I was recently a sitter for a 4 year old girl in Park Slope. 4 days a week I picked her up from school ,took her to all after school activities ,brought her home and read books or played until her parents came home! I also prepared snacks, dinner and got her ready for bedtime. On the weekends I would take her to lunch and the park Or the Brooklyn Museum! I could not bring my car to New York, however I'm very familiar with the subway system! I also was a Sunday school teacher for over eight years. I also was a Camp counselor at JCC Apachi Chicago Day Camp for 3 years 2014-2016. I then became a babysitter for many of my campers families! My schedule is also flexible so we can always work things out..
