My name is shatiana I'm 22 I love working with children it's been one of my dreams what i love most about working with children is that you can learn new and different things about each child.you also have some children i used to work get comfortable with the first two days the kids we're feeling me out after that they started to ask me to help the make stuff and come up with ideas as to what we should do as a group so what i used to did start out with ten to fifteen ideas after that start breaking it down too about eight or five and the top five would have too be the best once we finish that we break the children up into groups of either three four or five depends on the amount of questions
