I have 4 years of experience working with kids ages 7-11! I started babysitting for this wonderful family at 16. They had twin boys who were 7. The boys were very active so I always planned fun filled days for them outdoors or a night in with board games/arts and crafts. Some duties I took on as a babysitter were cleaning around the house and cooking. After I gained experience with that family I applied to Ludwig Elementary as an after school instructor/tutor and got the job. Me and my two coworkers watched 20+ kids and created engaging daily activities for them and incorporated learning such as reading, writing, math, and science! My most recent job was with a family in Brooklyn. I cared for three kids ages 7-12 and also was a tutor for them.
