Hi there, my name is Lauren and I am a semi-recent graduate of the State University of New York. I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in History, as well as my Practical Nursing license in the state of New York. My ultimate dream is to one day go back to school for my Master's in education, however, in the meantime, I would like to take any opportunity I can to work with children since it is something that I am so passionate about. I absolutely love working with kids and have been doing so since I was in high school. I have experience providing care to children of all ages, from newborn to middle school, on both a steady and occasional basis. I also come from a large family where my 4 nieces and nephew keep me on my toes! I love to be active and take kids for walks Read more and playground trips, but am equally excited to read stories and do craft projects. I know how important maintaining a sense of structure is, but also know that sometimes with kids, you just have to "go-with-the-flow". I am currently looking for full-time or part-time work with children of all ages.

Lauren worked as a caring and loving Nanny for our daughter from age 2 months until 10 months. The only reason we lost her was because we had to move due to work. We are absolutely devastated to lose her. Lauren is punctual, dependable, friendly, conscientious and above all, a wonderful caregiver to our child. She created and maintained a safe and healthy atmosphere for our daughter and we cannot recommend her more highly. She loved to play with our daughter, took her for walks, spent much time completing one-on-one activities, read to her, and managed household tasks as well. If anyone is considering hiring her, please feel free to ask for our contact information as a reference. Our biggest regret of moving is that we could not bring Lauren with us. This small post can't explain all the wonderful things Lauren did for our little girl and how great she would be for any family lucky enough to work with her, but I would be more than happy to talk in more detail!
