I’ve taken care of many children and pets in the past. This was typically for relatives and friends. I’ve always loved and enjoyed taking care children or pets; watching them learn and/or grow is rather heartwarming. Other experiences includes, my last year of elementary school I volunteered to read story books to the younger students. As a senior in high school I worked with the middle schoolers as a mentor. We encouraged creativity, problem solving skills, and learning self-confidence despite societal pressure. As for pets, I grew up in a veterinarian environment so I’ve always assisted my Mother with animal care. I am currently working within a doggy-daycare as well.
