Hi! I am a 27 year old teacher looking to change careers and work full time as a nanny. Here is some information about me: - I have always had a passion for helping and working with others. I have worked with a diverse population of children, students, and families throughout years of babysitting, working as a camp counselor, lifeguard, coach, nanny, and teacher. - As far as housekeeping goes, I enjoy helping friends and family members deep clean and organize their homes, as well as prepare for special events. I am also willing to do light cleaning and run errands for a family. - I am highly organized, dependable, careful, and great with time management. I am a fast learner and have a strong work ethic. - I look forward to working in a more private setting where I can interact with children and families on a more personal Read more level, while helping to keep a family [and home] happy, healthy, safe, and organized. - I am available to work on a full-time, live-out basis: M-F in either Manhattan, Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn, and Western Suffolk. I am also willing to do occasional weekend work and travel. - I drive (and have my own car) and I am CPR, AED, & First Aid Certified. - I love animals, especially dogs. - I am energetic, athletic, and have an "up for anything" attitude. - I have worked with children from 0-18 years old, and have the ability to tailor activities to appropriate developmental ability. - I am comfortable working as both a leader and part of a team.
