Hi! My name is Victoria. I am 22 graduating with a degree in early childhood/childhood education (certified birth through 6th grade) in May 2024! I have 2 younger sisters and a number of younger cousins so childcare has been a part of my life since I was old enough to stay home alone! I love nothing more than watching a child as they learn new things, accomplish a difficult task, and hit their development milestones. My plan is to eventually get my masters in applied behavioral analysis for education and child development. Based on my experiences I have become passionate about learning more about how children develop and what makes them act the ways they do as well as how to better address tough behaviors and discover developmentally appropriate ways of teaching and handling behaviors.
