Hello! Parenting is one of the most important roles we will have in our lives, but we don’t need to do it alone. I’m here to help! Children thrive when they feel secure and cared for so it’s important to find a caregiver who is the best match for your family. I would love to meet and see if I’m the right fit. A little about myself. I’m an energetic 54 year old mother of 3 grown children. Before I had children I attended culinary school and spent several years working in the restaurant industry. I can cook and I can also give cooking lessons to children. I was a nanny 25 years ago for 3 years for a family of three, who I’m still in contact with. Most recently I’ve been working as a substitute teacher and have certification as a teacher’s assistant. I love teaching children and helping Read more to cultivate curiosity in things they are naturally drawn to. Education is important to me. My own children are high academic achievers and I credit countless hours of reading aloud and calm child centered conversation and connection for some of their success. I love reading to children! I’m also an avid traveler and have a thirst to keep exploring - I would love to relocate to Midtown Manhattan and help you with your children.
