Along with my international operatic career, I began teaching voice and theater lessons. For the past 15 years, I have loved mentoring my students, and as a result, I started my own youth choir. The choir grew to 30 and had many engagements throughout the year. Having lived in Germany for the most part, I now teach German and coach songs in different languages. For the past 7 years, I have been the sole music and vocal instructor for two students. They both started lessons at age 11, and faithfully studied 4 times per month. My rewards came as I saw the girls gain confidence, grow, and mature into responsible, healthy young woman. The families have given me outstanding recommendations, and I am proud to say that they will continue with their musical studies as they enter college!
