Fazilla A.

We are so grateful to have Fazilla as part of our family. From day one, she has been nothing short of amazing with our 4-month-old daughter. She truly goes above and beyond - engaging in playtime, reading to her, and incorporating plenty of tummy time and activities to support her development. Fazilla takes our daughter on walks, keeps a close eye on her feeding and nap schedule, and ensures her space is always clean and organized. You can truly tell that this isn’t just a job for her. Fazilla is deeply invested in our daughter’s growth, well-being, and happiness. What stood out to me from the start was Fazilla's communication style. She is clear, open, and direct- qualities I value greatly. It was something I immediately appreciated, and it made me feel confident entrusting her with my daughter. Fazilla has also been incredibly flexible with our schedule and is always willing to accommodate additional hours, which has been such a help. As a parent, it’s reassuring to know that my daughter is in such capable and caring hands. It makes returning to work and being away from my baby much easier, knowing she's with someone who genuinely cares.

Fazilla is currently my part time nanny (three days a week), and she is looking for more days or afternoons to fill her schedule. She is great! She arrives on time, if not early, every day; she is very warm and loving towards my son and is constantly engaging him; and she is very easy to communicate with and comfortable to be around. Fazilla has a plethora of experience, and she is knowledgeable about everything relating to childcare. I feel really at ease going to work when Fazilla is watching my son (and she gives me updates via text and phone throughout the day).
