I am a creative, holistic, child care provider, and environmental educator. I have designed and taught curriculum in both NYC public school classrooms as well as for an after-school program and summer camp on subjects such as vermiculture, food systems, bee keeping, pollination, cooking and nutrition, gardening and herbal medicine. I enjoy nurturing creativity and curiosity in children, playing educational games, helping with homework, doing arts and crafts, singing songs, and dressing up. I love to cook and have an educational background in clinical nutrition and herbal medicine. I am great at making kid-friendly, healthy meals, as well as accommodating dietary restrictions and food allergies. I am reliable and a clear communicator with sound judgment. I am skilled at time management, setting routine, mediating conflict between kids, soothing children, and helping them learn emotional regulation skills.
