Trudy was an excellent candidate, articulate and very responsive. As a caregiver she is great with our 2.5 yr old son. She get down to his level and is incredibly assertive and kind when communicating with him. She is able to get full collaboration from him when transitioning to activities, when going to bathroom and she is supporting his independence. She is very active as well and is able to keep up with his energy level. I find Trudy a incredible thoughtful, flexible and kind human. She is an incredible and important part of our family and would highly recommend her.
