I just moved here last year from Cleveland OH, I am going to be a junior in college but doing it remotely. I have very flexible hours and I am very good at communicating with parents. Since I was a young girl, I have always been babysitting/care taking for my neighbors, cousins, siblings and more. In Ohio I was a nanny for 2.5 years for 3 children. I was able to take them to any places, appointments, practices, and more that they needed to be at. I also had to cook meals, prepare snacks, help with homework and more. I loved taking the kids I took care of to the park, on walks, or really anything that they wanted to do. Since being in NY I was the Nanny for a family with a 5 and 7 year old. As well as a Nanny for a family with a 6 month old. I am CPR certified and I am studying to be a Physical Therapist at the time. I recently graduated from Russell Sage College with my Bachelors in Health Sciences to move on the graduate school for occupational therapy, throughout my time in college I have had many jobs in child care. These include The Rensselaer County ARC as a camp counselor for children with and without disabilities. The ages at this camp were from 5-25. I also worked at ABC Sports and Fitness at the front desk and in the day care. These children ranged from 9 months to 12 years old and also included children with disabilities.
