my experience as a sitter consist of safety and nurturing in ways that help in the development of each child. The main points are discussing with family what makes each child unique and to implement child friendly activities and good eating habits. that way there will be less visits to the doctors office. additional activities like playdates, visits to the library, neighborhood parks and lots of puzzles coloring and arts when we are indoors due to weather. slowly introducing new ways to manage the big NO. new and improve ways to negotiate with children that way both nanny and child is happy.
