I have had the pleasure of caring for and really getting to know countless families from my different experiences in childcare (babysitter, nanny, child care provide in daycares). I have worked and continue working as a full time nanny and have experience taking care of children 3m-12 years. I worked in an NYS certified daycare in Yonkers and was in charge of taking care of up to 12 toddlers at one time with just one other coworker on shift with me this includes every task that is required to take care of kids of different ages as well as setting up, assisting, and leading projects, arts and crafts, and fun activities to help children have fun while developing their different areas of development (social, emotional, motor, and language) while ensuing each said activity was modified to the children's age and personal skills. I am a great multitasker and have done Read more training for things such as SIDS, transportation safety, infant brain development, intervention, and so on. I am able to provide the certificates as well. I am also CPR/First Aid certified for the second time and will continue to update my certification by attending classes once my certification expires. I have a driver's license (clean record) and have gotten my COVID vaccine and booster and will continue doing so. I have a bachelors for Educational Studies with over half my courses being Early Childhood classes. I love working with different families and learning about their heritage and culture and love to explore different traditions that the children would be growing up with, I hold communication, integrity, collaboration, and growth as core values in my life and work. I enjoy making new nanny friends and have met over 8 nannies in my current job that all had nanny kids in my nanny kid's school, ensuring not only a chance for my nanny kids to get some very important social development outside of school but also bring parents and kids together to make a community for their children to thrive and who knows maybe make some life long friends. My current family is moving away and as sad as I am to lose such an amazing family I also see this as an opportunity to know and help another family that needs support in raising their little ones.
