We had scheduled for care and did a no call no show. I had no back up care so threw us off completely since we are both working parents. This is extremely unprofessional. Was given a chance to show she can be punctual and responsible but we are extremely disappointed.

We set up an interview with Amanda after she seemed eager for work. We planned our entire Sunday evening schedule around meeting with her and left a family event just to meet her. After confirming, she just stood us up: no call or text. When I finally reached out to her by text, she replied with a photo of her door knob, saying she was stuck in her apartment. Even if this were true, why didn't she cancel?! I would not want someone so irresponsible working with my children.
