Good Afternoon, Congratulations on the addition to your family! My name is Joey. I am 27 years old and am interested in joining your family as a caretaker! I have worked in childcare and hospitality since the age of 15. Since this time I have expanded my learning and experience, adjusting to different family dynamics and caring styles. I have excellent skills in organization and communication. These skills have given me the ability of help parents transition into an easier flow after adjusting to life with children. I am there to provide support and assistance to the parents while engaging children to reach their full potential. As a caretaker I would describe myself as playful, creative, and nurturing. As a camp counselor I cared for children primarily between the ages 3 - 5. I worked as a babysitter and part time nanny for many families throughout the 5 boroughs. I studied French Linguistics and Journalism at Rutgers University. While at university I cared for families throughout NYC and NJ. For the past 3 years, I have worked with many families through SitterCity and Chime caring for children ages infancy to 10 years old. I have also extended my caretaking to the elderly community the passed 3 years.
