Hello! I am a social worker seeking part time work while I prepare to take my clinical exam. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a masters degree (MSW) from Columbia University. Prior to graduate school I ran a before and after school program at an elementary school through my local YMCA, was a lead counselor for YMCA summer camp, and eventually went to work for The San Diego Center for Children as a mental health counselor at their youth residential program. During graduate school I worked as a nanny for three children on the UWS. Following graduation I worked as a social worker at The Children's Hospital at Montefiore and am currently working towards private practice. I have experience working with ages 6months- young adult and have undergone training in order to work effectively with children (and adults) with developmental delays, learning disabilities, and varying mental health disorders.
