Hello! My name is Kari and I am a junior at NYU. I live in the East Village. I am originally from Marin County, CA (Bay Area). I am majoring in global public health with an emphasis on maternal care and child wellness. Ultimately, I am working towards becoming a Midwife or OBGYN. In 2019, I trained as a birth doula at Carriage House Birth in Brooklyn. I am passionate about nutrition/cooking, art, music, hiking, and reading. I have babysat and tutored kids for over five years and I love it! When working with kids I enjoy doing art projects, playing board games, etc. I am hoping to find one family to work with exclusively (less of a COVID risk). :) I look forward to hearing from you!
