I've been working with little people basically my whole life. I can't imagine spending the days doing anything different. I love fostering children's little imaginations. I believe in giving kids the space to explore in an environment with guided structure. I have 7 siblings. I learned how important compromise and sharing are in life growing up with all of them! I'm cool under pressure. Very few things overwhelm me especially when it comes to the things children do day in and day out. I have been part of many different family dynamics and structures.
