Taking care of children has always been something that gives me joy. I am loving, patient, energetic, engaging, honest, and and very experienced. I retired from Texas public education in 2015 after 30 years of service. Since that time I have been serving families in this area as a private tutor, home school consultant, and as a nanny. I also house sit and take care of many pets. I completed both my undergraduate and my graduate work in psychology (BA/PSY) and (MS/PSY). I am Infant/Child First Aid CPR AED certified. I am a lifetime certified Early Childhood Development/Kindergarten Endorsement and Elementary Educator, ESL certified. My experiences include bilingual Spanish education, 4th & 5th gd ELAR and composition writing, music and special education: ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, DD NOS, ASD, Asperger's, as well as with children who are non verbal, speech delayed, or have other difficulties.
