We hired Donna to care for our toddler after a rigorous screening process. As part of the hiring process, Donna did a trial day and agreed upon certain terms. After 3 days, she wrote us 1 hour before the start of the day to say she is not coming back due to "back pain" and left us scrambling to find childcare for the day. She was not a reliable candidate for us and we advise other families to proceed with caution (particularly those with toddlers) as she is limited physically and may cancel with no prior notice.
