I raised 3 children of my own and am a “young” grandma of 5. When my third child was born, my neighbor approached me about watching her 3 kids while she worked. One child I watched all day and the other two after school. I enjoyed it so much I decided to register with the state and started a childcare business in my home and met or exceeded training and other requirements set by the state. I was also a volunteer Girl Scout leader and Sunday school teacher for over 15yrs. I have extensive experience with all ages, from infant to teens. More recently, I volunteer or participate in events for various non-profits and enjoy doing pretty much anything with my grandkids! I am seeking occasional or part-time childcare opportunities preferably with families with one infant or child.
