Hello! My name is Olivia Elkins and I'm 19 years old, but I will be 20 in July. I have had experience being a babysitter as most teenagers have, and I also tutored a girl with learning difficulties for two years. I am naturally patient and cheerful, so I loved these gigs. What got me seriously interested in childcare was what I learned while pursuing a psychology degree. I learned so much about childhood and development that I felt compelled to get more involved with kids. I am naturally energetic so I love to have fun with the kids, but I will also try to help do things around the house to help a bit (because being a parent is tough!).
