I am a mother of 4 boys, three school aged and one 3 year old. I recently went back to school and would like work again but am not willing to leave my son in daycare. I was a live in Nanny when I was 18 and really enjoyed being a caregiver! That job led me to the position of Preschool Teacher in Huntington (both 2/3 year old and then 4 year old room). I went back to school at Suffolk County Community College for early childhood education. I moved east to Setauket and the commute was too difficult so I got a job as a 1:1 Aide with an autistic, senior HS student, but I missed the little ones so when he graduated I went back to teaching preschool at Tutor Time. After one year of that I got pregnant and chose to be a stay at home mom. Read more I love children, they are the future and deserve a safe, caring but inspirational environment to grow.
