My name is Shernet , I’ve been a caregiver to children over 15 years I’ve worked as a nanny also as a newborn care specialist in private homes and daycare facility as well . Child care is my passion and I truely love it . I am caring, welcoming, trustworthy and dedicated. I am early childhood, newborn, sleep training , CPR and first aid . certified . I am experienced in children of different age group , creating routine and a safe loving environment which aid kids in reaching their developmental milestones .This job also includes fitting into families and acknowledging that all family dynamics are different and adjust yourself accordingly. I’m always willing to learn new methods , procedures and products which will keep me growing and better able to continue giving the children and their parents the great services they expect of me .
