Hi parents! I am a recent college graduate with a degree in public health and am pursuing my mater's degree this coming fall. As for experience, I most recently babysat for an 8 and 11-year-old and drove them to all their daily activities while also doing some light housework and meal prep for the family. I have been a camp counselor for a science camp where I was in charge of 25 children, ages 4-10, every week. I was in charge of teaching them science material that related to robotic, nature, and everything in between. I was also in charge of their well-being as I would normally be alone with 10-15 of them at a time. At school, I was a mentor for an 11-year-old child who has special needs. My responsibility is to ensure he is doing his best in school, while also keeping an eye on how he Read more is doing emotionally and socially. I also provide him with enrichment activities after his homework is done, such as going outside on a nice day or doing a craft that invokes his creative side. I look forward to connecting!
