I spent 5 years teaching gymnastics to children between the ages of 3 and 17. I was tasked with creating exciting, stimulating classes that were also safe and educational. During my last two years at American Twisters, I organized large birthday parties at the gym, liaising with the parents, guests and catering to create the perfect birthday experience. I then attended a premier university, where I studied Chinese and Economics, with a minor in Spanish. After graduating I moved to Asia to study and I continued teaching part time. I volunteered at an orphanage in Taiwan, where my duties included creating fun activities and competitions for the children, taking them on excursions all around the country, and preparing English lessons for them. I love fostering intellectual curiosity, encouraging healthy diet and exercise habits and having fun, fun, fun!
