I grew up in a household of 14 adopted aunts and uncles along with foster children ranging from newborn to 18 years old and was always helping around the house and babysitting the kids. Being raised in that sort of family, caring for and loving children just comes naturally to me. I also worked at the YMCA first as an assistant counselor working with infants through pre-k then moving on to work for the before and after school care program for kindergarten through fifth graders in which I also gained experience in working with special ed children. After leaving the Y and working another job for 3 years, I simply missed working with kids but knew that I preferred to work with them on a more one on one personal basis rather than in a large daycare center so I have the ability to focus and get to know the Read more children I work with and their individual needs. I currently nanny for a precious 19 month old boy but unfortunately the family is relocating.

Angelita currently works as a nanny for my nine month old son and we couldn't be more blessed. She is a caring, patient, and kind person. She addresses all of the babies' needs in an appropriate and loving manner. Angelita takes the baby for walks, rocks him to sleep and is encouraging him to practice walking. We could not ask for a better caretaker for our son! Angelita also helps out with light house work which is very much appreciated. We just love her, she is a great addition to the family!
