I am a current student at SUNY Albany in their online Masters program for School Librarians. I am very passionate about working with children, since I have spent the last 4 summers working as a camp counselor at Casowasco Camp and Retreat Center located in Moravia, New York (near Skaneatles, New York). In this job, I was able to supervise children aged 6-18 years old 24/7 for 5 days. I would supervise them throughout mealtime, bedtime, and getting up in the morning. On top of this, I would participate with them in fun activities such as boating (kayaking canoeing, paddleboarding), arts/crafts, and lawn games such as ultimate frisbee, gaga ball, and dodgeball/volleyball, as well as board game/card game time. I am specifically looking for a live in nanny job, but am willing to negotiate with families if need be.
