Hi! My name is Caitlin and child care has always been a passion of mine. I have been working with children for 10 years and would love to continue this journey. At a young age, I started babysitting my siblings, cousins, neighbors, etc. When I was old enough to work in a daycare setting I started right away. I began as assistant teacher, became head Pre-K teacher, and then director of the facility. I have experience with all ages and a variety of children's needs. I currently hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development with a concentration of Early Childhood. I have also been granted various awards from the Childcare Council of Dutchess County including County Staff Member of the Year and Dutchess County Outstanding Special Needs Award. I am proud of my accomplishments and would love to find a position in which I can continue my childcare career.
