Hi! I'm Teagan, a 20-year-old caregiver who leads with patience, understanding, and a genuine love for creating safe, calm, and fun spaces for kids. I've spent many years helping raise a child with autism, and that experience shaped the way I care for children -with flexibility, empathy, and a deep respect for their individual needs. Growing up in that role taught me to communicate thoughtfully and support kids in ways that help them feel secure and confident. I am close to completing a B.S. in Psychology online, which gives me a stronger foundation in child development, behavior, and communication. What I learn in my studies helps me better understand each child's unique strengths and challenges and allows me to approach caregiving with intention and insight.
