My love for children began in 1995 when I accepted a job at a wonderful daycare center in Patterson, NY. The children in my care ranged from 18 months to 11 yrs old. Duties included art projects, outside play, circle time, free play, going on field trips and age appropriate activities. During my last three yrs at the center, I took on the duties of assistant director. Overseeing staff, parent interaction, calculating finances of the center and much more. I also accepted numerous sitting jobs from the parents. I “retired” in 2005 to stay home with my daughter. In 2011 I accepted a position working at a home daycare setting and worked there for six years. I currently am a private nanny and will be looking for employment when my job ends in June, 2024.
