I was a camp counselor and a babysitter as a teen, and at 19 I started working with a nanny agency. Which has turned in to a life passion for 20+ year as nanny/house manage, helping families run smoothly. My favorite ages are 1 to 3 because it is the time when children are the most curious, developing, and changing daily. I implement Montessori learning through play and sign language with toddlers as they learn to communicate. Reward or discipline is carried out in the manner the family requests so consistency and structure is the same. I am just an extension of your family. I have helped with pets, seniors, young adults with disabilities such as MS, autism, ADD, sensory disorders, allergies and more.
