Hello! My name is Rachel and I have been working with children for over 12 years. I began working with children through church programs when I was 13 years old, and have been babysitting and nannying for many families since then. Through my past position as a full time daycare teacher at The Child Garden I have had opportunities of working with children of all ages while creating lesson plans, enrichments and art projects for my classroom! I am a mom to an 18-month-old little boy, Gavin, and am currently a part time nanny for an 10 month old little girl. Sadly our time is coming to an end this summer since her parents will be home from teaching, and I am looking for something closer, preferably in my home. I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as is my husband, who is a welder working day shift downtown. I have Read more completed several online childcare courses including Ohio's overview of childhood development, Teaching Strategies - Objectives for Development and Learning, Child abuse Overview, and Ohio's Approach to Quality.
