We interviewed Kate and found her to be a pleasant cared for person. Book smart in Finance. We decided to pass due to the fact that she doesn't have babysitting experience and we have triplets. It was going to take too much of our time to train here on such a complex dynamic family where the father plays a key role in ownership of the family. A single mother of one or a family where the mother needs some assistance, or a family where the mother could train her, she would be the ideal candidate. She has a good head on her shoulders, trustworthy, and someone, that by no means, comes across as a complete stranger. We wish here the best.
