Hello, "Be who you needed when you where younger." Lets start there.. I was about 16 when i heard this quote and i was also 16 when i became a teen mom, i use to always say if only i had someone like me when i was younger maybe things would have went differently care wise, but i used that to build me as a woman and mother. that is why i dedicated the next 7 years becoming the best mother i can be and although not perfect i take her safety and her dreams very seriously. I started working at a daycare i placed her in and really fell in love with being the quote i saw, it mattered to me; just as your child matters to you and in my opinion if someone is going to be a childs sitter they should also be their friend and protector Read more and someone they need, because while you're away it is the caregiver who they give that trust too. Till this day i practice being who i needed and who i need was a sitter who wasn't only my sitter but a hero in my day and a friend. Alot of children call me (Lele) for short or just miss smith lol because its easier to say which is very cute, i have a 2 year associates degree and currently have free time since my husband works full time and would like to still pursue my dreams as a sitter in hopes of opening my own daycare here at home soon; i have ooen availability and can come to you or vice versa. If you are looking to hire a caregiver i am confident i can be more then just a baby sitter for your child but a protector when not in the parents care and a happy face because to be honest, a smile and care goes alone way, to be inspiration that dreams aren't just dream's, when you believe in something and you work at it then those dreams will always come true.
