Hello! I am a teacher here in the Columbus area, and I am looking for a part time child care position for the summer. I am also available for tutoring. I have taught 2nd grade for five years, and truly enjoy working with children. I also have a great deal of child care experience in my past. Throughout college I worked as a nanny for a family with four young children. During my summers in college I worked as a counselor at an overnight camp. During this time I was solely responsible for 5-10 children a week. In addition to this I was also certified as a life guard. I am no longer certified, but I consider myself knowledgeable in first aid if an emergency were to occur. Within the past five years I have also traveled to Africa for mission work with children, and also organized and began a Read more summer meal program that provided lunches to low income to children. I am available from the beginning of June through the beginning of August. I look forward to hearing from you!
