Hi, I'm Robi Mendoza and I am 24 years old. I am a happily married mother to a beautiful 18 month baby girl. She is very joyful and interacts with children very well. Who will be accompany with me. I have 6 years of infant and toddler childcare experience. Where I learned how to meet the children's needs developmentally. I mostly instructed a mixed age classroom called early head start. Where they had specialist evaluate the children and mentors help improve teachers teaching abilities. The beneficial aspect of mixed age is, each child being able to learn from one another. By their diversity in development and learning how to interact socially. I really enjoy meeting new children and being able to teach them while also providing a fun exciting environment. Some things I implement to meet their needs are storytime; arts/crafts, fine motor and gross motor activities. I am looking for a family w/ 1 or 2 children full time, around the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm. My hourly rate is $14/hr but may change based on work acquired.
