My career has primarily been working with preschoolers because I found it fun, enjoyable and I value early ed.! I have a BA in Psych. and an MA in Educ. (LD). Having taught preschool for 18+ years, I now prefer to work with smaller groups of children. I, like them, enjoy being active and engage them in hands-on, interactive activities that develop the whole child. By building on a child's strengths, interests and imagination, they can do and learn anything. My goal is to develop happy, creative, confident, caring and inquisitive individuals. I worked as a tutor/substitute teacher prior to staying home and raising my 3 children and have experience with all ages. I enjoy being outdoors, going to library and just enjoying life. I am a non-smoker, dog walker/lover and have had regular background checks, working in education.
