Hello! My name is Saige and I have over a decade of babysitting, nannying, daycare, and teaching experience. I have a bachelor's degree in English Education, and education/childcare has always been my passion. With my range of experience in a variety of childcare settings, I am capable and confident in my babysitting abilities! I grew up with two younger sisters- when I was nine, I began babysitting them (ages 5 and 0 at the time). I have been a nanny twice- once for a family with a 4, 6, and 9 year old, and once for a homeschool pod of 5 families, and a total of 8 children ages 4-10. Yes, I nannied 8 children at one time. 7 of them were hockey boys too, so I had my work cut out for me :) I am patient, creative, and kind. I have worked in two daycares, both times as Read more a floater teacher between all of the rooms, so I have experience working with ages 3 months-5 years in a formal daycare setting. I will work with your family's schedule, needs, and personalities to make this a comfortable and safe experience all around. I believe in building strong relationships with both child and family. I am NY DOH background check certified (valid until Feb 2024), have CPR/First Aid training, and have all daycare PD trainings required by the NYDOH.
