Hello! My names Erica, I have worked in paid childcare for almost 2 years, and I babysat my little sister for about 3 years. While in paid childcare I worked with toddlers(18 months- 2 1/2 years) and infant walkers (12 months - 18 months). I have taken first aid and CPR training as well. I love working with children, I’m a patient person and will ask questions. I love to help kids learn but I also love watching them learn themselves with their own experience. I don’t get annoyed when a kid does something, I look for a deeper reason.
