When I was a senior in high school, I decided that I wanted to pursue a degree in Engineering - Chemical Engineering, to be exact. When I started my Student Computer Technician job in the Chemistry department the summer before I started school, I decided that I did not want to pursue a career that would most likely have me working at a desk, or in a lab. It was at this time that I decided to pursue a teaching degree, and I have never looked back. In the year since then, I have been working with a special needs preschooler every Sunday as a part of Sunday school, and I have been working with 6 other college kids watching 25-30 children during their parents' home group meetings on Tuesday nights. Both of these experiences have confirmed my passion for working with kids, and for making education fun and adaptable Read more for each child. I want to gain more babysitting/tutoring/childcare experience to enhance my education at OSU in the pursuit of a Mild to Moderate Intervention Specialist licensure and a B.S. in Education at Ohio State University. I look forward to getting to work with you and your children to make their experience best suited for your and their needs!
