Hi - my name is Emily and I'm a graduate student at Xavier University studying mental health counseling. I have been a nanny and sitter on a weekly basis for almost 10 years. I specialize in respectful childcare that focuses on a child's self-regulation and offers unconditional positive regard as they grow up in a world that contradicts that.
