I had a corporate career at Supervisor, DuPont, Network Management Center, where I was a 'nanny' to 17 technicians. Next I was a full-time parent to 2 high-achieving sons, both Eagle Scouts, marching band, track and field, cross-country, music lessons, swim and tennis lessons. Both are successfully launched in exciting careers in other cities. The days are long but the years are short. Now I am an empty-nester who is not good with idle time. I enjoyed the crafts, reading books together, going to the library, baking together, checking homework, yes, I like homework. With my engineering background, I could tutor traditional math to fill in what some of the school districts are skipping.
