We had a great conversation on the phone. We set up an in person interview and she never showed up. I texted her that day and she did not respond nor did she have the courtesy to let me know she was not going to show up for her interview. We rearranged our schedule that day and my husband came home early from work to interview her. I would not trust people like this with my kids if they can't even show up for an interview.
