I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I love children! Being the oldest of 5, it was always enjoyable to play a motherly role in my siblings lives alongside our mom. My mother has done in-home child care for years and I've helped her along the way (as much as she would let me). She currently runs an in-home daycare where she has 7/8 children ages 2 and under. I've assisted her with taking care of some of her daycare children and still help any time I am available. In high school to make extra money for spending and travel basketball costs, I babysat 3 different family's children. I first babysat for a family that had 2 girls (at the time 2 months old and 7 years old). Afterward, I began babysitting for a family of 3 (1 girl and 2 boys); I accompanied them on vacation Read more as well in 2013 and watched the kids on the beach and around the resort. The last of the families I babysat for was a family of 3 (2 boys and 1 girl). This family also hired me to do odd jobs like home cleaning and I was hired into their new business as an intern.
